First established in 2006, Big Eye Deers is a creative digital agency based in Cardiff, UK.

Steve’s extensive experience spans the entire creative design spectrum – whether it’s print, branding or website communications, Steve effortlessly crafts the industry’s most visually striking and unforgettable designs.
In his role as Creative Director for Big Eye Deers, Steve is responsible for the initial creative designs and innovative aspects of every website and branding project that come through our doors.
With the bulk of his design career experience gained in London, Steve’s also worked at leading agencies in both Cardiff and Bristol. An expert in combining innovative designs with all current technology has to offer.

Thanks to Russell, Big Eye Deers never experiences any “technical difficulties”.
Russell’s experience with many different development environments and programming languages has allowed him to provide custom-built data solutions to businesses large and small.
He’s tackled projects as diverse as multi-user database solutions using MySQL or Oracle, custom applications for businesses built in Java, specialized interface design, and interactive, media-rich websites using Flash, AJAX, and PHP.
His involvement in every stage of the development cycle, from planning and coding to deployment and end-user education, gives him a unique depth of perspective into the complex interactions between people and computers.

Jen is an American expat who came to the UK from Florida in search of a milder climate and cheap flights to mainland Europe.
Luckily for us, she decided to stay. Her main role at Big Eye Deers is to ensure every project is delivered on time and on budget, without sacrificing the client relationship that is so vital to its success.
Jen believes that excellent communication, a well-formulated strategy, and razor-sharp organisational skills (bordering on OCD!) are critical to a successful project.
However, she understands that smooth sailing isn’t always possible - project needs, budgets, and schedules can change last minute, and Jen is always on hand to deal with any uncertainty or obstacle that may arise.
